At Hobnob Coworks, we strive to provide a smooth, flexible, and professional experience at our coworking space in Jaipur. However, we understand that plans change. This page outlines our cancellation and refund policies for memberships, bookings, and services.

1. General Policy

All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing via email to as@hobnobrealtech.com. Verbal or WhatsApp messages will not be considered official requests.

2. Membership Cancellations

Monthly Memberships (Open Desk, Dedicated Desk, Private Cabin):

• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  
  
• If cancellation is made after the billing has occurred, no refund will be issued for the current month.
  
  
• Early termination of a long-term commitment plan may result in a cancellation fee.
  
  

Weekly/Daily Plans:

• Once booked and activated, no cancellations or refunds are applicable for daily or weekly passes.
  
  

3. Private Office Bookings

• If a private office is booked in advance with a deposit:
  
  
  • Cancellation 7+ days prior to start date: Full refund of deposit
    
    
  • Cancellation within 7 days: 50% of the deposit will be forfeited
    
    
  • No-show on start date: No refund
    
    

4. Meeting Room / Event Space Bookings

• Cancellations made 48 hours in advance: 100% refund
  
  
• Cancellations made within 24-48 hours: 50% refund
  
  
• Cancellations made under 24 hours or no-shows: No refund
  
  

5. Refunds for Services

• Refunds are applicable only when:
  
  
  • Services were not delivered as promised, and
    
    
  • A formal complaint is lodged within 48 hours of service use
    
    
• Refunds will be processed after internal verification within 7-10 business days, directly to the original mode of payment.
  
  

6. Non-Refundable Items

• Security deposits will be refunded only after proper inspection, subject to deductions for any damages or outstanding dues.
  
  
• One-time registration or setup fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  
  
• Usage-based charges (printing, utilities, food & beverage, etc.) are non-refundable.
  
  

7. Modification or Rescheduling

For meeting rooms or event spaces, rescheduling is allowed:

• Once, without penalty, if requested at least 24 hours in advance
  
  
• Subject to availability of the space on the new date
  

8. Exceptions

In case of emergencies (medical reasons, natural calamities, etc.), Hobnob Coworks may consider refund exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

9. Policy Updates

Hobnob Coworks reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
