At Hobnob Coworks, your experience is our priority. While we primarily operate as a coworking space in Jaipur, certain situations may require us to ship physical items such as membership kits, invoices, merchandise, or documentation.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we handle such orders.

1. Scope of Delivery

We currently offer delivery for:

• Membership welcome kits (if applicable)

• Physical invoices, agreements, or legal documents (on request)
  
  
• Promotional or marketing material
  
  

Note: Delivery is limited to locations within India unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Delivery Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of confirmation.
  
  
• Delivery within Jaipur: 1-3 business days
  
  
• Delivery outside Jaipur (within India): 3-7 business days
  
  
• Delays may occur during festivals, public holidays, or due to courier partner issues.
  
  

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

• Within Jaipur: Free delivery on all eligible items
  
  
• Outside Jaipur: Charges may apply based on weight, distance, and courier service selected
  
  
• Shipping charges (if any) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
  
  

4. Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted logistics and courier services like Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Deliveries may fail due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  
  
• Recipient not available at the time of delivery
  
  
• Refusal to accept the package
  
  

In such cases, re-delivery may incur additional charges.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or missing item:

• Share pictures and your order details for faster resolution
  
  
• We’ll either resend the item or issue a refund, based on the situation
  
  

8. No Shipping for Digital Services

Please note: For services like workspace bookings, seat reservations, and digital invoices, no physical shipping or delivery is applicable. All such services are delivered via email or in-person at our coworking space in Jaipur.
