Welcome to Hobnob Coworks, a vibrant and professional coworking space in Jaipur. By accessing, booking, or using our workspace, services, or website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or signing up for any service at Hobnob Coworks, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

Hobnob Coworks provides flexible coworking options including open seats, private cabins, meeting rooms, and event spaces. All services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

3. Membership and Access

• Access to our coworking space in Jaipur is limited to members who have completed registration and payment.
• Memberships are non-transferable.
• Guests are allowed only with prior approval and must be signed in at the reception.

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are exclusive of GST unless mentioned otherwise.
• Payment must be made in advance as per the plan selected (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Late payments may result in suspension of access without refund.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Membership cancellations must be communicated via email at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are only provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of payment, and only if the workspace has not been used.
• No refunds for partial usage or mid-term cancellations.

6. Conduct and Use

• Members must maintain a professional, respectful environment.
• Any behavior that disturbs others, causes damage to property, or violates our policies may lead to immediate termination of membership.
• Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

7. Internet and Security

• High-speed internet is provided for all members, but Hobnob Coworks is not liable for any data loss, interruptions, or cyber threats.
• Members are responsible for securing their own devices and data.

8. Property and Equipment

• Any damage caused to Hobnob Coworks property (furniture, fixtures, equipment) will be charged to the responsible member.
• Members are expected to handle shared resources responsibly.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hobnob Coworks shall not be held liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
• Any business loss or interruption caused due to the use of our coworking space.
• Events beyond our control such as natural disasters, power failures, or internet outages.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur courts.
